Description
This four-day, hands-on, seminar will teach proper techniques for Praline, Caramel Filling and more, or similar recipes. Learn chocolate tempering, decorating and filling cooking. Techniques used: Praline, Caramel Filling, Tempering, Decoration, Cooking.
Classes are Monday – Thursday
Choose from three shifts*
- Morning (7:45am-12:30pm)
- Afternoon (12:30pm-5:15pm)
- Evening (5:15pm-10:00pm)

- Do I need to bring tools for the seminar?
A tool kit will be loaned to you for the duration of your class.

For the duration of your course, uniforms, including a chef hat, jacket, and apron, will be loaned to you.

Please wear black or dark-colored pants and close-toed, non-slip shoes.
- What time should I arrive at the school?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your class starts.
