Description
This four-day, hands-on seminar will build the perfect foundation to set you up for dessert making success. Learn techniques for dessert plating and decoration.
Classes are Monday – Thursday
Choose from three shifts*
- Morning (7:45am-12:30pm)
- Afternoon (12:30pm-5:15pm)
- Evening (5:15pm-10:00pm)

A tool kit will be loaned to you for the duration of your class.
- Are recipes provided during the seminar?
Recipe binder included.

- Will I be provided with a uniform for the course, and what does it include?
For the duration of your course, uniforms, including a chef hat, jacket, and apron, will be loaned to you.
- What should I wear with the provided uniform?
Please wear black or dark-colored pants and close-toed, non-slip shoes.
- What time should I arrive at the school?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your class starts.
