Choux Paste
Description
During this hands-on seminar learn to make Choux Paste for filling Eclairs, Swans, Nuns, Paris Brest and more, or similar recipes. Techniques used: Mixing, Baking, Cooking, Whipping, Folding, Molding, Piping.
Classes are Monday – Thursday
Choose from three shifts*
- Morning (7:45am-12:30pm)
- Afternoon (12:30pm-5:15pm)
- Evening (5:15pm-10:00pm)

A tool kit will be loaned to you for the duration of your class.

For the duration of your course, uniforms, including a chef hat, jacket, and apron, will be loaned to you.
Please wear black or dark-colored pants and close-toed, non-slip shoes.
