Description
Discover the art of sous vide—a precise, low-temperature cooking method that ensures perfectly cooked meat every time. In this class, you’ll learn how to control time and temperature for optimal texture and flavor, and master techniques to cook tender, juicy meats with restaurant-quality results. Sous vide is also a healthier way to cook, as it preserves more nutrients, uses less fat, and reduces the risk of overcooking or burning.
Classes are Monday – Thursday
Choose from three shifts*
- Morning (7:45am-12:30pm)
- Afternoon (12:30pm-5:15pm)
- Evening (5:15pm-10:00pm)
